Since the paracord wrapping makes the collars wider, the smallest collar (16mm Biothane) is already 25mm wide and the medium collar (19mm Biothane) is 29mm wide and the wider collar (25mm Biothane) is 35mm wide.
From 40cm the widest collar can look great.
